The thing they don't tell you is that in order to get into the parking lot you have to have a reservation with the parking lot. If you have a flight later in the day, you have to take the rental car to a over night parking lot and pay an extra 27.50 for that service. Drop off was even worse, they are only open 8:00 Am to 6:00 PM. You had to take a bus to a parking lot and then they picked up in a van at the parking lot to take you to the rental office. Van rental in Los Angeles means you can tour the area in comfort, with up to 15 passengers. Pros: The drop off was as difficult as they could make it. Avis offers affordable passenger van and minivan rentals in LA.
